I was born in Chile in 1978, and I make drawings ever since I have memories. Only since ten years ago these drawings turned out to be my way to make a living. I became accustomed to use the ballpoint pen above all other tools, mainly because its incredibly underrated properties and also because I never knew about anybody else who would think of use it to draw. Later on, through painting I learnt to express what through my drawings I could not. Oil on canvas is my favourite technique.
Until now I have worked mainly for local museums and private collectors focused on diverse topics of ethnology and paleonthology, however, my interests are far wider as I have made illustrations for comic book publishers, although I would like that my experience in this field of pop culture franchises could be much more than what it´s been so far.
Currently some of my paintings are on permanent display at the Colchagua Museum, Stom Museum and at the Eolic Energy Power Station of Lebu.
